The National Association of Specialist Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (NASOG) is the principal representative body for specialist obstetricians and gynaecologists in Australia, with a particular emphasis on supporting and advocating for those in private practice.

Established in 2003, NASOG is a nimble, politically independent, not-for-profit organisation dedicated to:
 
Advocacy
Championing the interests of our members by engaging with government bodies, healthcare stakeholders and the media to influence policies that impact the profession and women's rights to choose the healthcare that suits them.
 
Support
Providing resources, guidance and a platform for collaboration to ensure the continued delivery of high-quality obstetric and gynaecological services across Australia.

Committed to maintaining a balanced healthcare system that supports both private and public maternity and gynaecological services, ensuring comprehensive care and choice for all Australian women.
